We provide services for dogs, cats, birds, and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters.

Yes, we are licensed and insured and will gladly provide documentation upon request.

Keeping our equipment and community clean is very important to us. Our staff will always clean up after your dog on their walk and dispose of waste properly. We carry waste bags and sanitizer with us at all times. We use a fresh set of equipment at each job site and deeply sanitize everything at the end of the day. This ensures your pet stays happy and healthy without any concerns of cross contamination. For disposal of your collected waste, we allow you to make the decision on that. We can use your own trash receptacle or dispose of off site for an additional $5 per visit fee.

Tidy Turf & Tails LLC is open for Pet Waste Management 5 days a week. We schedule our regular services typically between 8am to 5pm. Our Pet Sitting visits are also available on weekends and will be coordinated with you to include morning, mid day and bedtime visits outside of this time frame. Please contact us to inquire about our availability for all Pet Sitting Services.

We provide pet services in the Pensacola, Florida and surrounding areas including Cordova Park, East Hill, North Hill, Scenic Heights and Northpointe and more being added as we continuously grow. Contact us to see if we can service your location as well.

No, there's no need to be home for a service call. We can always text you prior to arrival if desired and we send a confirmation upon completion to let you know the yard has been serviced and the gate is secured and locked back up. We will call you prior to your first service and get complete clarification on any gate codes or specific instructions to make sure your yard is properly secured and everyone is safe and sound.

We definitely appreciate a maintained lawn as we can only scoop what we can see.

We are a family run business and have never had any issues with someone not being able to be available for a job. 

Sure! If your dog is friendly we absolutely love interacting and giving belly rubs. If they are a little aggressive or skiddish, let's air on the side of caution and keep them in as to not cause excess stress to them.

Invoices will be emailed after your service is completed and due upon receipt. We are happy to work with you to set up the frequency of invoicing that works for you and your family including weekly after service is performed or convenient monthly in advance. We do reserve the right to suspend service after 2 missed payments and a $15+ excess charge may be applied upon resuming services with a 10% Late Fee incurred each week until paid.

Invoices can be paid by cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Bank Draft or with a credit or debit card through our secure payment portal right here on our website. 

Yes, we offer 10% off your next service for any refurals.

Nope. You can start and stop service at any time. 

We strive to do our absolute best business to take care of your dog's business. But if you are ever less than 100% satisfied, just let us know and we will make it right.

No, we do not offer pet boarding services. However, we can recommend reputable boarding facilities in the area.

Yes, we offer overnight pet sitting in the comfort of your own home. We will tuck your pups in at dark and return to greet them first thing in the morning. Please contact us for more information and availability.

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.
